Support access to your server




In order that we can support you & your server we need clients to follow two steps to ensure that when you need our help, we can offer it:

 

Support profiles

In order that we can maintain access at all times all udedi servers are preinstalled with a support profile account or user. These usernames will vary according to the server and the operating system that you have. Generally it will be obvious that this is a support account with the username being a variation of our company name. We do not publish a list of usernames as this could be used for unwanted reasons - however please feel free to contact support if you need to know yours. 

 

IP addresses

We are aware that some users will use methods such as IP tables to restrict access to your server. As such; all users should ensure that the following IP: 95.172.3.66 (staff.assiva.net) should be allowed access - if this IP / host is blocked then support may not be able to help you with any issues you may have. 

In addition, the main IP of the udedi.com website (213.5.176.45) should be added in order that it can ping your IP allocations to ensure to comply with the IP assignment checks.
