OS re-installs

As a udedi client you are entitled to re-installs of the OS on your server at any time. The process is simple; just open a ticket and state which operating system you would like to be installed.

We are working on a way to automate this into the server manager, but until then they will be triggered by our admins.

Please note: Non fault re-installs (i.e. due an error by the customer) will only be done during GMT working hours.
