Assiva does not cover these services under its normal terms, and customer who take / purchase / rent a server via Assiva Ltd agree to abide by the terms as specified by Singlehop Inc on their website. Details of their terms can be found here:

Singlehop are not provided with any user data excepting the customers email address and chosen hardware related preferences. Singlehop Inc are not entitled to access any customer data.

 

Customer support is provided on a hardware only basis, and while best endeavour support will be offered, no guarantees are offered either by Assiva Ltd, nor Singlehop Inc as to service standards in respect to support.

 

The customer agrees that they will not contact Singlehop Inc directly for support on servers provided by Assiva Ltd.
