Supplimental terms for special offers
Unmetered bandwidth offer
Servers provisioned under the special offer for 'unmetered bandwidth' will be allocated no bandwidth limit. Servers will be able to use as much bandwidth as is praticable within the limits of the usual acceptable use policy. This offer does not affect cancellation rights.
Buy One Get One Free
Servers provisioned under the 'Buy One Get One Free' offer will be provided with their second, free server no later than five days after the initial server is provided. The provision of this server is dependant on the continuous up to date payment of the 'paid for' server. If the paid for server is cancelled, or payment lapses then the free server will also be removed without notice.
Servers provisioned under this offer are subject to a six calendar month contract, this service is not cancellable without penalty.
If this service is cancelled then the cancellation will take effect from the start of the next billing period unless the cancellation takes affect within 10 days of an upcoming billing point. Refunds will only be issued for complete calendar month periods, if only a part month is passed then the refund will be rounded down to the favour of Assiva Ltd.
