Cargeback addendum to terms & conditions
Assiva Ltd believes strongly that our customers should be happy with their service however sometimes our customers don't talk to us about it and go directly to their credit card company.
The side effect of this is that our credit card company charge us a fee each time this occurs, this in turn increases the cost to our customers. In most cases had the customer come to us, we could have resolved the issue directly, without the involvement of the credit card companies.
Because of the failure to adhere to this simple, and perhaps obvious step, we have been forced to make this statement.
By signing up to any service from Assiva Ltd (udedi.com being a trading style thereof), you agree that you will not lodge any chargeback or dispute with your credit company. Instead, a ticket must be logged into our support system, with a support ticket against your personal account. Assiva Ltd will enter into discussions to attempt an amicable solution to the problem for both parties.
While the above statement states our intention to work with all parties, it does not mean we will be able to meet demands, especially where unreasonable of our customers and therefore you may dispute the matter with your card company where discussions break down. Assiva Ltd will fully defend itself to the utmost of its ability against erroneous chargebacks.
