During an internal security audit (they are conducted once monthly) it was discovered that on a theoretical level certain functions could be used to create access to reboot functions on servers other than those which are assigned.

While in the 'real world' we have not been able to replicate these potential security issues, we none the less will not allow any danger to users.

As a result, all automated server actions have been removed temporaily. Therefore, if you require any of the following please open a ticket.

• Server reboots
• Extra IP's
• Reverse DNS
• Usage stats

We appriciate that this may be a real inconvinience, however we feel that being safe is better than being sorry.
