Opening hours over Christmas

Over the Christmas period we will be operating a technical support staff only. Sales, and 1^st line ‘live chat’ support will not ne available from 1300GMT 24^th December through to the 4^th January.

VAT change

As you may be aware the UK government has changed the VAT rate from the 4^th January from its current 17.5% to 20%. Any invoices paid after this point will carry the higher rate of VAT.

This change only affects customers who are liable for VAT – so if you don’t currently attract VAT then you can disregard this notice.
