As many will be aware we have been experiencing some problems with a former client blaming us for an issue on his unmanaged service. While udedi has always been an unmanaged service we have also always operated a policy where the staff were encouraged to help wherever they could, irrespective of what management ‘classification’ it fell into.

Without going into too many details of the case at hand, we were loathed to allow any one customer spoil the party for our other valued customers therefore effective immediately we have introduced formal server management for all of our clients, at no additional cost.
