Please be aware that the UK network is currently experiencing a DDOS attack against a specific server / rack, the attack started in earnest at about 16.50 and has slowed down that specific rack. The wider network is also experiencing slower than normal connections. 

We have identified the problem and the majority services are now functioning normally. 

If you are still experiencing problems please open a ticket and we will investigate. 

Any further issues will be communicated directly to those affected in this format.
