VAT changes
UK residents will already be aware that from the 1st January 2010 the UK VAT rate resumes at 17.5% (an increase from the current 15%).
In order to avoid issues, and tally with the closure of the billing department those that are VAT liable will be billed in January for any periods which straddle the two tax rules.
This only affects those which are liable to tax, all others will remain unaffected.
